We are looking for a highly motivated practising Christian* with great organisational skills, a good eye for detail and who can work in a self-directed manner. You would need to be a great team player with a can-do approach. In this role, we need a manager who can bring out the best in other people and encourage personal growth.
Your key duties would be
-To be responsible for the café staff and volunteers, for their recruitment, training and wellbeing.
- To oversee the finance and stock
- To maintain high food safety standards
- To manage the room hire and bookings
- To increase the online presence of Connect
Managerial experience and a clear disclosure to work with vulnerable adults and children (DBS) are essential requirements.
Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering (level 3 or higher) is desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate.
